Our Compliance Statement

Ecom GSS operates as a fashion sourcing and procurement service. We work exclusively with unbranded, white-label, private-label, and client-owned-label products. We do not source counterfeit goods, replica branded products, unauthorised trademarked products, or items that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

1. What We Do

Ecom GSS is a fashion product sourcing and procurement service based in the United Kingdom. We assist UK-based online sellers, boutique owners, small retail businesses and private-label brands in sourcing fashion products from verified manufacturing partners worldwide.

Our sourcing services include: supplier research, supplier verification, sample coordination, quality control communication, private-label and packaging support, and shipping coordination.

All products we source are:

Unbranded— no trademarks applied

White-label— supplier's own generic product

Private-label— client's own brand applied

Client-owned-label— client's registered brand applied to manufactured goods

2. What We Do Not Do

Ecom GSS does not source, supply, broker, or facilitate the purchase of:

Counterfeit goods— products bearing unauthorised copies of protected trademarks, logos, or brand names

Replica branded products— products designed to imitate or replicate named designer or branded goods

Unauthorised trademarked products— goods using protected brand names, logos, or designs without authorisation from the rights holder

"Inspired by" or "1:1" products— any product described or marketed using language that implies association with a protected brand

Items infringing third-party intellectual property rights under UK, EU, or international trademark law

We do not engage with suppliers who offer or promote counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised branded product lines.

3. Intellectual Property Policy

Ecom GSS respects all intellectual property rights, including registered trademarks, design rights, copyrights, and trade dress belonging to third parties.

We will not:

Use protected brand names in product descriptions, marketing, or client communications

Source products that replicate or approximate the trade dress of luxury or commercial brands

Assist clients in sourcing products for the purpose of passing them off as genuine branded goods

List, advertise, or promote products using brand names we do not hold authorisation to use

If a sourcing request is identified as involving potentially protected designs or trademarks, we reserve the right to decline the request and terminate the sourcing engagement.

4. Authorised Branded Products Policy

If a client believes they are an authorised reseller, licensee, or distributor of a specific brand and wishes to source products bearing that brand's marks, the following documentation may be required before any sourcing work is considered:

Authorised reseller agreement or licensing documentation

Brand owner contact details for verification

Confirmation that the brand permits third-party sourcing via agents

Ecom GSS reserves the right to decline any request that cannot be supported by adequate documentation of authorisation. Client declarations without supporting documentation will not be accepted as sufficient.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients engaging Ecom GSS for sourcing services agree to:

Provide honest and accurate product briefs

Not request sourcing of counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised branded goods

Accept full legal responsibility for the use and sale of sourced products in their market

Ensure any brand names, logos, or trademarks applied to private-label products are legally owned or registered by the client

Comply with all applicable UK and international trade laws regarding the import and sale of goods

Ecom GSS operates as a sourcing intermediary only. Legal responsibility for the final sale and marketing of products rests with the client.

Products We Will Never Source

Counterfeit Nike, Adidas, Jordan, or any sports brand

Replica Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Chanel, or luxury brand goods

Products described as "1:1", "UA", "Unauthorised Authentic"

Products described as "Mirror Quality", "Superclone", "Reps"

"Designer-inspired" items copying protected trade dress

Products with reproduced brand logos or monograms

Goods with fake "Original Box", "Receipt", or "Tags"

Any product bearing unauthorised protected trademarks
