Terms of Service

These terms describe the sourcing relationship between Ecom GSS and its clients.

1. Nature of Service

Ecom GSS acts as a sourcing intermediary. We introduce clients to verified manufacturing partners, coordinate samples, support QC, and assist with shipping. We are not the manufacturer of the goods sourced on your behalf.

2. Sourcing Briefs & Quotations

All sourcing responses are indicative and depend on supplier availability, MOQs, fabric pricing, and shipping method at the time of enquiry. Firm quotations are confirmed in writing before payment is requested.

3. Client Responsibility

Provide accurate product briefs and clarify any specific requirements
Review samples and QC reports promptly before bulk production
Comply with UK import laws and pay any applicable duties or taxes
Not request counterfeit, replica or unauthorised branded goods (see Compliance Policy)

4. Fees & Payment

Sourcing service fees, sample costs, product cost, and shipping charges are disclosed in each quotation. Payment terms and deposit/balance structure are confirmed at the time of order.

5. Liability

Ecom GSS is not liable for defects arising from the supplier's manufacturing process where samples were approved by the client. Our liability for any claim is limited to the sourcing service fee paid for the affected order.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients confirm they own or have the right to use any labels, artwork, and brand marks supplied for private-label production. See our Responsible Sourcing & IP Compliance Policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
